11. In addition, the Customer must enter the delivery address and the desired method of receiving the goods:

1) free pickup in the store (Dārzaugļu street 1b, Riga);

2) certificate for your desired Omniva package (delivery costs to all Omniva points in Latvia are EUR 3.50);

3) Delivery by Omniva to the address (To all cities in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, and the shipment does not exceed 20 kg, the delivery cost is EUR 10.00, for shipments over 20 kg, the cost is EUR 15.00.

After receiving the payment for the order, we will send the order on the current working day (the package will reach you within 2-3 days).

12.www.Sportapasaule.lv is not responsible for losses or other consequences arising from incorrect data specified by the Customer in the order.

13. Payment for the purchase is possible in the following payment methods:

1) paying by bank transfer or iban fee;

2) when paying by card.

Before execution, the customer checks whether the products, their quantity and prices shown in the order correspond to his wishes.

14. After making the payment using the Bank link, the Customer must click the Back to merchant button.

16. The order is payable by check in full. Once the payment is made, the order is considered submitted and the Goods are prepared.

17. In the event that after placing the order, Sportapasaule.lv cannot deliver the ordered product or desired request, Sportapasaule.lv can exchange the product for an equivalent product after consulting with the Customer.

18. In the event that the Product cannot be replaced or replaced with another, or if the Customer is not satisfied with such an exchange upon receiving the Product, the Customer has the right to cancel the order in time and the money will be returned to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days. Cancellation of the order or termination of the distance contract

29. The order is canceled if it is not paid within 5 days from the moment it is sent to the Customer.

30. Sportapasaule.lv has the right to terminate the distance contract in the event that the parties suffer excessive losses in the performance of the contract and in other cases specified in regulatory acts.
