The Body-Solid GPRFTS multifunctional attachment for the GPR400 Power Rack allows a complete workout with a single system.

This is an upgraded solution that provides three training options in one machine. The system replaces a power cage, functional trainer, and vertical pull-up station.

The attachment adds two 95 kg weight stacks, and the 1:2:1 weight ratio ensures balanced resistance for strength and isolation exercises. The functional pulleys rotate 180° and can be adjusted up and down, providing up to 40 adjustment positions on each side.
